- If you are unable to access the eRecord at all, please check the System Status page on our technical support blog, tech.carepaths.com. If there is a serious problem with the eRecord that prevents some or all users from accessing the eRecord, we will post updates there.
- We place a priority on fixing bugs, adding new features that are useful to all users, and specialty custom work in that order. We may or may not be able to accomodate
requests for new features and custom work.
