Having Problems?
If you are unable to login or can’t get to your eRecord website at all, please first make sure that your Internet connection is working before doing anything else. If you are able to get to other websites okay, but not the eRecord or you are unable to login, please do the following depending on whether you are a Patient or Staff member:
eRecord Patients:
Please contact the healthcare provider who requested that you access CarePaths eRecord. At this time, we do not provide direct support to Patients of our client organizations. If you are trying to login to fill out a document or survey, contact your healthcare provider directly for instructions and help.
eRecord Staff Members:
If you are unable to login or can’t get to your eRecord website at all, keep checking this page as we will post updates about the system status here when the eRecord is offline.
